Do you have a little time for big results?

In todays world time is important and we all
have the same time everyday, and it's up to
you to do what is most important.

The one thing that most do is neglect their
health and fitness. And the number #1 answer
is no time.

This is and always will be an excuse. But if you
are serious and really want to improve your
level of fitness in the shortest possible time
you have to start thinking outside the box.

Bodyweight training is the fastest way to
incredible stamina, strength and rapid fat
loss.

Simplicity is the key, keeping it simple will
bring the quickest results. Just like nutrition
keep it simple, don't read to much into it
and get big results.

Pick a bodyweight exercise that will work
a lot of muscles at one time and this will cut
your workout time.

Try exercising a minute at a time, this works.
Try doing pushups 1 minute at a time or
jumping jacks and keep track how many times
a day you can squeeze in one minute.

The king of all bodyweight conditioning exercises.

If you had to pick only one exercise to get you into great
condition as fast as possible what exercise would you
choose ?

If I had to pick an exercise to get the fastest benefit
I would pick a bodyweight exercise that requires no
space and no equipment and one that will works as
many muscles as possible one that will eliminate body
fat in record time and one that weak men won’t do.

Most people think that being strong is being in condition.
I’m here to tell you that’s incorrect. As a matter of fact
if you have ever watched any contact sport football,
mixed martial arts, boxing wrestling etc, how many
times have you seen a bodybuilder type strong man
get his ass kicked because he got tired.

What about these 300 lb linemen in pro football,
these men benchpress 500 lbs plus, yet in the end,
the better conditioned line wins ball games, not the
strongest.

If I had to pick one bodyweight exercise to get into the
quickest shape possible it would be “The Burpee”.

The Burpee is the king of bodyweight conditioning
exercises. The Burpee works so many muscles not to
mention it will build explosiveness, agility quickness and
speed. The Burpee will work your whole upper body as
well as the entire lower body and will also work your core
not to mention will build a type functional strength that
can’t be duplicated.

The Burpee is so effective that it will burn body fat at a high
rate of speed and because the Burpee works so many muscles
at one time you will burn more calories in less time, the more
muscles worked mean’s more fat loss.

But there is one negative side to the Burpee, they are brutally
hard and not many people will use them on a regular basis,
most can’t handle the pain.

The pain is worth it. You will become leaner more explosive,
quicker and stronger in a short period of time.

Start standing- squat down-put your hands on the ground-
kick your legs back ( in a pushup position ) do a pushup- bring
your legs back toward your chest- jump up. The Burpee is to
be done in a flowing motion.

Try this short but effective workout.

15,14,13,12, 11,10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,
12,13,14,15

You do 15 Burpees – rest 30 seconds- do 14 burpees rest
30 seconds Continue until you get to 1 then go back to 15.

When you are in the double digit sets REST 30 seconds single digits
REST 15 seconds.

Obesity has less impact on the heart than
thought.

This was a headline in a recent article of a local
newspaper from the Associated Press.

And goes like this:

A new study suggests that a suprising number
of overweight people about half- have normal
blood pressure and cholesterol levels, while
an equally startling number of trim people
suffer from some of the ills associated with
obesity.

So what they are saying is it's o.k. to be fat
because thin people also have the same disease's
associated with fat people.

The problem is laziness. There is always going to
be exceptions. Everyone knows thin people just
like fat people get heart disease and other types
of disease's and we don't need a scientist to tell
us this.

The media continue's to flood newspapers and television
with tales of obesity and disease they tell us what to do,
what not to do, what diet's are good, which one's are not.

So what's the problem ? Do we really need science to
research the problems of obesity ? You already know
the answer.

Exercise and eat less. Simple and to the point and
no scientist will argue that. Unless he or she is fat.

Beware of the trainer!!!

Yes, you heard right. Beware of the trainer.
Why ? Because most are frauds. Most trainers
have no idea what being fit is.

To become a personal trainer all you need to
do is read a book and take a test. Or you could
take a 1 or 2 day course, that's it.

Most trainers are out of shape. Most trainers
don't practice what they preach.

Years ago when I was certified I took a 40
hour course and also being certified were
fat old men, women that smoked, and a
bodybuilder that couldn't balance on one
leg.

I see trainers out drinking booze and smoking
even some that are overweight. This is pathetic.


I think you need to be in better shape then the
people you train or at least be able to hang in.


Be careful.

The King of Bodyweight conditioning exercise's

So what is the king of all bodyweight exercise's ? I have
given this a lot of thought, and over the years doing
thousands and thousands of reps and hundreds of
bodyweight exercise's there is one that stands far
above the rest.

There are a lot of tough exercise's. There are a lot
of result producing exercise's. Some will say that
the pushup is the best. Some will tell you squats.
Some will tell you dips or pullups are the the greatest.

These are great exercise's but they are not the best
one's for over-all conditioning.

To be the king it needs to work as many body parts as
possible in the shortest amount of time. It needs to be
very physically demanding.

The most physically demanding exercise is the " BURPEE "
the burpee is a tough, tough exercise and doing 1 minute
of this exercise tells the tale.

If I had a small amount of space and could only do one
exercise, I would pick the burpee. It will give you the
fastest results in the shortest period of time.

Try to do just a simple circuit:

10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1, with a 15 to 30 second rest in between.

Try this short effective bodyweight workout.

I was running a little short on time and did this
effective bodyweight workout.

I call it the lunging pop-ups/w pushups.

Simple- Do a lunge with each leg then do a pop-up
with a pushup. Simple. But to the point and effective.

Try for 100 in 12 minutes or under. They are a lot
tougher than they sound.

Bodyweight training simplified.

To get into really great shape from
bodyweight exercise's- don't think
to much into it.

Always try to keep it as simple as
possible. Running, jumping, climbing
leaping, etc. is not brain surgery.

You can get a great workout just about
anywhere your at.

Find a park with an open field and run,
bound, jump, do pushups, pullups, jumping
jacks and then run some more.

A workout like this will bring some pretty
great benefits not to mention the time
you'll save.

Bodyweight Training Secrets.

Some people out there will tell you that you can
only get so strong using your bodyweight.

Some will tell you there are no secrets.

Well, I’m here to tell you that there are bodyweight
training secrets.

Being able to do 50 pushups and 100 bodyweight
squats is not a secret, will this workout work? Yes.

But there is so much more than just basic bodyweight
exercises. And it’s not complicated.

But you are probably so confused about how you
should exercise.

I’m here to let you know there are secrets, secrets
that most will never know. There are exercises out
there that you will never see.

Even the most basic exercise done right will give you
almost super-human results.

Using your bodyweight is a lot harder then using
weights and you will always get better results.

One secret is what you believe, Another is how
you exercise. Another is what you concentrate
on when you exercise.

Bodyweight training for life long fitness is more
then just doing pushups and sit ups but they will
still work.

Just know that there are secrets that can and will
turn the average man or women into an almost
super-being.

Using your bodyweight will build a functional strength
that are useful in every sport or for everyday life,
while lifting weights will build strength for lifting weights.

Here’s an exercise you can do that will build great power.
Modified rope climbing:

Find a tree or a set of monkey bars and about 10’ of strong
rope.

Throw a rope over the tree branch- walk up the tree until your
feet are up by the branch- now plant your feet there- now use
the rope to lower yourself.

Lower yourself as low as possible, now climb back up the rope
until you are back where you started. Do this a few times and
tell me how much strength this takes.

Only do this if you are strong. It is not for beginners.

The 2,600 lb car pull!!!

The reason I show these types of video's is to
show how effective bodyweight training is.

I haven't touched a weight in over 10 years and
I keep my workouts short and intense, and only
test myself every couple of months.

Not to long ago I tested myself by running 10 miles
and doing 1,000 pushups non-stop in 1 hour and
50 minutes, and I don't run for distance.

The bodyweight exercises are just one secret. Most
so called guru's or arm chair so called fitness guy's-
you know the one's that bash people on forums will
tell you that there are NO secrets- THERE ARE !!!

Believe it or not. Is it easy ? My answer; It's never
easy. If it was easy everyone would be lean and mean
but most men are fat and soft.

So believe what you want, I can care less but the few
people that have trained under me can do incredible
things.
