Try this fast fat burning workout.

To burn the most fat as fast as possible is
to train in short explosive bursts.

You need a jump rope and a place to do
short20 to 30 yard sprints. A running track,
a tennis court, a basketball court, you get the
idea.

Jump rope as fast as possible 100 times, drop
the rope and sprint as fast as possible for 20
to 30 yards-walk back. Rest 15 to 30 seconds
then repeat.

Do this for 10 to 15 sets. It's a fat burning ass
kicker.

They either love me or hate me.

Some of the men out there will drop me an
email every so often about someone saying
good things about me and bad things.

Most of it comes from forums. This goes to
show everyone I was right. People that spend
all day reading and posting on forums either
are unemployed or weak. Not to mention most
of them are a sorry excuse for a man.

I tell it like it is. I will only say things I can back up
with proof. I will not do things just because some
jackass says I can't.

I did read a post that said I couldn't be pushing the
car with my arms because my feet would be all over
the place, and that if you look close you can see the
exhaust. Yeah dumb ass the motor was on. You can
still put a car in neutral with the engine on.

What about the other things like pulling a car with the
power wheel or one arm ring pushups, I don't see anyone
doing these.

I love when people say you can get these types of workouts
for free on the web, yeah no shit what can't you get for free
on the web.

These men are cheap ass weak men that spend all day thinking
of what to say about the next guy. Back in my day you trained
and then you trained some more.

Today's youth are weak and soft and not one can be considered
a real man, they have no idea how soft they really are. So to all
the forum faggots out there, know what you are talking about
before you speak or just might get your ass kicked by a real
man.

As a matter of fact I might be one of the only men out there
that actually knows what functional fitness really is. All my
life I've flipped tires, used sledge hammers pushed thousands
of pounds in a wheel barrow, and load- load after load of
truck tires lifted millions of pounds of freight by hand and
then some in areas where the temperature was well over
100 degrees.

And after working all day hard I always found time to train.
Not like today's men, to tired to do anything.

Caffeine Reduces Pain During Exercise, Study Shows

A lot of people are drinking coffee, taking caffeine
before a workout and they don't realize the actual
benefit, they're experiencing less pain during the
workout.

It's becoming increasingly common for athletes,
before competing, to consume a variety of
substances that include caffeine, motivated
by the belief that it will help metabolize fat
more efficiently.

Researchers at the University Of Iceland have
been investigating the relationship between
caffeine and physical activity. The research
work initially was focused on exploring
possible links between caffeine intake,
spinal reflexes and physical activity.

Earlier research determined caffeine
works on the adenosine neuromodulatory
system in the brain and spinal cord, and
this system is heavily involved in
nociception and pain processing.

The theory developed that caffeine
blocks adenosine from working,
he speculated that it could reduce pain.

A number of studies support that conclusion,
including investigations considering such
variables as exercise intensity, dose of
caffeine, anxiety sensitivity and gender.

The latest published study on the effects of
caffeine on pain during exercise appears
in the April edition of the International
Journal of Sport Nutrition and Exercise
Metabolism.

The study examines the effects of caffeine
on muscle pain during high-intensity
exercise as a function of habitual caffeine use.

Interestingly, caffeine consumed by individuals
who rarely used it before and habitual users
have the same amount of reduction in pain
during exercise after consumption.

The studies 25 participants were fit, college-aged
males divided into two distinct groups: subjects
whose everyday caffeine consumption was
extremely low to non-existent, and those
with an average caffeine intake of about
400 milligrams a day, the equivalent of
three to four cups of coffee.

After completing an initial exercise test in
the lab on an ergo meter, or stationary cycle,
for determination of maximal oxygen
consumption or aerobic power, subjects
returned for two monitored high-intensity,
30-minute exercise sessions.

An hour prior to each session, cyclists who
had been instructed not to consume caffeine
during the prior 24-hour period were given
a tablet. On one occasion, it contained a dose
of caffeine measuring 5 milligrams per
kilogram of body weight (equivalent to two
to three cups of coffee); the other time,
they received a placebo only.

During both exercise periods, subjects' perceptions
of quadriceps muscle pain was recorded at regular
intervals, along with data on oxygen consumption,
heart rate and work rate.

If a person regularly consumes caffeine, they
need more to have a bigger, mental-energy
effect. But the tolerance effect is not ubiquitous
across all stimuli. Even brain metabolism
doesn't show this tolerance-type effect.

That is, with individuals who are habitual
users versus non-habitual users, if you give
them caffeine and do brain imaging, the
activation is identical.

In the future, further research might be able
to determine caffeine's effect on sport performance.
Although the current research has already shown
that caffeine reduces pain reliably, consistently
during cycling, across different intensities, across
different people, different characteristics...

The next logical question arises about whether
the reduction in pain also translates into an
improvement in sport performance.

For now, the current research could prove
encouraging for a range of people, including
the average person who wants to become
more physically active to realize the health
benefits.

It's valuable as a practical application. If
you go to the gym and you exercise and
it hurts, you may be more likely to stop
doing that because pain is an aversive
stimulus that tells you to withdraw.

Giving people caffeine and to reduce the
amount of pain they're experiencing,
would help them stick with the exercise.
Maybe then they'll push a little harder as
well and also better adapt to the exercise.

Americas kids are soft and weak

I was watching real sports on t.v
and they did a segment on eliminating
dodge ball in schools.

The reason is their winners and losers.
Yeah, that's life. You are either a winner
or a loser.

These people that are trying to take
competition out of school, hell why
bother sending your kids to school
why not keep them home and home
school your kids if you want them
to be a delicate flower.

I got an idea. Toughen your kid up.
Get them ready for life. To live in
real life you need to have a thick
skin.

Basically people that support no
competition in sports or in anything
were pushed around sissies and they
usually grow up and raise sissies.

We all want our kids to be safe in school
but at what cost. There is a school that
eliminated tag, instead they play shadow
tag. That's where you step on the shadow,
they actually went to a no touching school
no high fives no hand shaking. What is
going on.

We are raising a nation of sissies and we
need to let kids be kids. Kids are going
to win and lose. They will fall and get
cuts and scrapes.

If we continue this these kids will never
be able to handle the smallest situation
and at the first sign of failure and
embarrassment they will lose control
and who knows what will happen.

Outdoor Training

Johnny Grube's gym. This is
how I love to train. Being one
with nature, fresh air and
open areas.

Getting a great workout is as
easy as opening a door and going
outside.

The great thing about using outdoors
as your gym, it's free and you will always
a place to train.

Another great thing about outdoor
training is almost everything around
you can be used as equipment.

Bodyweight training and different types
of equipment like playgrounds, benches,
rocks, sandbags, logs can be used for a
kick-ass workout.

You can make bodyweight training as
easy or as difficult as you want to. My
advice is to keep everything as easy
as possible.

Keep it simple. Work hard. Sweat.
Never give up.

Train this way you will burn fat and
build lean athletic muscle for any sport
or just for everyday life.

Workout:

Sprint for 1 minute-walk 1 minute
repeat 3 times.

Sprint for 30 seconds-walk 30 seconds.
repeat 3 times.

Sprint for 15 seconds-walk 15 seconds.
repeat 3 times.

Walk for 2 minutes. Then repeat.

Add Image
Johnny Grube using a 100lb heavy bag for functional strength

Building real life functional strength can be fun
and effective at the same time.

I like to use a old heavy bag. The reason is you
can grip a sand bag, but not a heavy bag, making it
harder to lift.

Making it harder to lift means using more muscles
which means more strength and better body awareness.

The more muscles you need to use will give you more
strength from all angles. So when you do grab a hold
of someone they will know and feel real power.

For a great workout try this workout and do it for
100 yards as fast as you can. Rest 1 minute then come
back. Try and beat my time for a 100 yards 3:30

The bodyweight iron core builder

The old school piece of equipment
the ab wheel is probably the greatest
core builder in my opinion.

This piece of equipment has built
a lot of iron cores over the years.
But it gets a bad wrap because it
is a kick ass lower back strengthener
too.

This exercise is not for the weak. If
done correctly this exercise will give
you one hell of a workout.

Using the ab wheel on your knees is
hard enough for most people, but
from a standing position its even
harder.

It takes a man to roll out flat from a
standing position and roll back in.

Try these starting on your knees and
work to a standing position.

If you use this tool you will build an
extremely hard ass core.

Do you really need commercial supplements?

Do you think you really need
to spend all your hard earned
money on supplement after
supplement?

The fact is if you eat enough of
the right foods and live as healthy
as possible you would not have to
spend money on these supplements
that promise you a new amazing
body.

Most people think that every new
supplement is going to build big
muscles and flatten their stomach
in record time.

I think some supplements should
be used if you don't eat right and
I think a good protein powder is
good for a meal replacement. But
nothing is as effective then good
old fashioned food and exercise.

Jumping rope one of the best fat burners

If you are looking for a great
fat burning and muscle building
exercise, look no further then
the old school exercise-the
jump rope.

Nowadays, to many meat heads
think that jumping rope is for
girls. The fact is that it takes
a lot of coordination to jump
rope.

Jumping rope is the ultimate
athletic builder, Show me
someone that can move a
rope and I'll show you someone
who is fast on their feet.

Jumping rope, is an exercise that
will burn unwanted fat while saving
your lean muscle mass.

Think jumping rope is easy try jumping
a 1,000 times without a miss, it should
take you between 8 to 10 minutes. You
should and try to jump better then 100
times per minute.

Jack Lalanne the true fitness guru

I personally only listen to people
that walk the walk and talk the talk.

Jack Lalanne for many,many years
has been spreading the gospel of
health and fitness.

Jack lalanne has done many incredible
feats when he was a young man like
doing 1,000 pushups on his half hour
t.v show or how about 1,000 dips done
on bars spaced 34" and only rested
while on the bars.

And the older he gets the more
impressive he becomes.

In 1956 at 42 years old he did
1,033 pushups in 23 minutes
and 50 seconds.

In 1959 at 45 years old he did
1,000 star jumps and 1,000
chinups in 1 hour and 22 minutes.

In 1980 at 66 years old he swam towing
10 boats with 77 people in the boats
over a mile in a little under an hour.

These are just a few of the amazing
things Jack Lalanne accomplished
in his long healthy, fit life.

This is a guy I admire and aspire to
be like. A true fitness guru the

The weak man diet

It's pretty amazing with all we know
men and women continue to kill themselves
with the food they eat.

The normal American diet has not changed.
Men and women continue to self destruct
every chance they get.

Most men think that eating meat is manly and
healthy. Women will starve themselves to lose
a few pounds and when they do the only meal
they eat is fast food.

Weak men and women with no discipline and
no guts live life this way, they will continue to
kill themselves in the name of comfort.

Someone has to take a stand and really fight this,
we are weak and sick and the more I look the
more sick I become.

Fat Beer belly men, Ya gotta love it

This is what a lot of men aspire to look like.
Why because drinking beer is cool and taste
good after a hard days work.

The way we are going we are going to eat and drink
ourselves into an early grave. And worst part is most
don't really care.

Everyone seems to think that drinking is cool and o.k.
and I'm hear to tell you that it does no one any good.

I don't care if you tell me that the research says a
drink a day is good for you. Why is it good for you?

Because it's made from barley, hops, yeast and water?
It dehydrates the body. When the body becomes
dehydrated it becomes acidic. Is having an acidic body
good or bad?

I take what research says with a grain of salt. Most are
on the take. They find and do what they are paid to do
by these billion dollar companies. They make the claims
these companies want to be made.

Booze wrecks peoples lives and always will. If it's o.k. to
drink why not smoke. There's some research that will tell you
that cigarette's may or may not cause health problems.

What about drugs? Why not snort a little nose candy ( cocaine )
once in a while is o.k.

We need to stop being morons and start living a little cleaner
and start to turn this sick and obese country around before
it's to late.

Get tough and stay tough!!

Beer guzzling strong men.

The more and more I here about
these strong men and what they
do on their down time is drink
beer.

Drinking beer and fitness do not go
together. I know science says, I can
care less what science says.

If it's o.k. to drink, hey let's smoke.
Or do cocaine I mean moderation
is o.k. that's what the experts say.

And you know the experts are
always right.

Most of these strong men only
know what gym strength is
until they are out there doing
this type of training in the cold
and in the heat to earn a living
then I'll listen.

How to build Physical and Mental toughness.

Hey, take a look around, look and listen to
people around you. Listen to excuse after
excuse as to why their life sucks.

These people are spineless and have no
backbone whatsoever.

They have no drive or determination.

Physical and mental toughness is something that
is built over time. It’s built by pushing yourself
farther and longer then you ever have.

It’s a feeling that comes over you. A feeling that
nothing will get in my way until I finish what I
started.

Excuses don’t build toughness getting in and
taking action and doing things that you’ve
never done before or pushing yourself
through a work out from hell.

It’s the “I’D RATHER DIE THEN GIVE UP”
attitude, it’s to push through pain, to keep going
when the body says stop but you dig deep and
let your mind push the body even further then
you could ever imagine possible.

Building physical and mental fitness is never
easy, just like life you need to always be
pushing farther getting outside your comfort
zone doing things you’ve never done before.

This is where you will build the type of physical and
mental strength you need to rise above the masses
who make excuse after excuse and never accomplish
anything.

Test yourself with this workout:

45 minute time limit.

500 Bodyweight squats.
500 pushups.
500 U.K. squat thrusts.

Do it any way you want. It’s time to push yourself
farther and to dig a little deeper it’s time to build
physical and mental toughness.

Train Hard, If you are fat and weak it’s your own damn fault

Johnny Grube

P.S. If you want to build a level of physical and mental toughness

Beware of celebrity fitness guru's

There was a time when trainers were in better shape then
the people they train. This is no longer the case the more
and more I look I see overweight trainers training people
how to lose weight and can't seem to do it themselves.

There was trainer I seen on MTV ( I won't say his name )
training a women how to lose weight. This guy has a belly
and double chin and he's a fitness icon, amazing.

I did more research thinking it's got to be the clothes he
was wearing or some explanation, there was not. he is
really fat. Do I care ? Yes people that walk the walk and
talk the talk should be held accountable.

So what I'm saying is don't listen to advice from someone
fatter then you.

Train Hard, and remember if your fat and weak it's your own fault.

Hey, Don't eat like a Super Bowl fat boy!

Just because it's the Super Bowl everyone thinks
this is a eating and drinking holiday. Hey, being fat
and drunk is no way to go through life.

This is just a game. I watch the Super Bowl and have for years
and I used to eat and eat and eat until I had to unbotton my pants
so I could get more and for what. Nothing.

These are the types of parties and holiday traditions that have
helped you become fat and sloppy.

You know you could sit and watch the game sober and you don't
have to stuff your face to enjoy the game.

Dig down deep for unbelievable conditioning

How many man or women really dig down deep
when they train ? Most people in the gym will
tell you they train hard, and to them and most
other people that train in the gym, they do
train hard.

Well, from personal experience very few train
hard and just because you break a sweat
doesn’t mean your training hard. I’ve seen people
get out of breath warming up for 5 minutes.

Some people do sweat more then others, but
come on, 5 minutes should only be a warm up.

In my opinion if you are going to exercise,
exercise like you mean it. Exercise like
you want it.

Before you train you should always have
a set time or number of reps you want to
accomplish for that workout. If you set
this little goal everyday I promise you will
do what ever it takes to get it done.

You will be able to accomplish more in
a shorter period of time and this means
better results on a regular basis.

Try this jump rope workout:

Pick 2 exercises, for this example we will
use pushups and crunches

Jump rope 50 times- then do 10- 12 pushups
then do 10- 12 crunches- get right back up
and repeat for 20 minutes.

See how many sets you can do in 20 minutes.
Work as fast and as hard as possible.

Train Hard, If you are fat and weak it’s your fault.

Weak mind, Weak body.

The mind is all powerful without
it nothing can be accomplished.

Most people never think about
how the mind can be used to push
them through barriers.

If you have a mind that's weak you
probably have a weak body. Mind
and body work as one. The mind
controls the body, not the other
way around.

Every time you do something that's
uncomfortable you get stronger when
you get comfortable you get weaker.

Stay strong, use your mind to push
you to greater things. A strong mind
equals a strong body.

The Time is NOW!!!

There will never be a better time
to start training then now. We
live in a world where we sit on
our asses all day long and get
nothing done.

Your health and fitness should
always be priority, it should
come first.

Why do I say health and fitness
should be the number 1 priority ?
Because you can't help or take care
of anyone if you are sick and
unhealthy.

So many young men and women
are under the impression that
the way they are is the way they
are, and these are the same
people that will always make
excuses about their situation.

I talk to a lot of men who ask
me what they can do to have
more energy and loss weight,
while they are drinking a bottle
of coke.

Stop with the stupid questions

Focus is the key.

This is what most people miss
in their quest for physical
fitness, diet or even overall
health.

You need to focus at the job
at hand you need to concentrate
and see what you want, then go
get it.

If you want to become physically
fit and healthier it's up to you.
No one is their to hold your hand
your a big boy or big girl so take
some time to go over what is
important to you.

Take sometime and write down
what you want and focus and don't
stop until your desire is reached.
