You need to train every day.

If you think you will get in good
shape working out 3 days week
think again, you need to exercise
as much as possible and stop
worrying about burn out.

Your body will respond to almost
any type of training and will
adapt to the hardest training
sessions.

Everyday doesn't have to be
a world record performance
but the key is to do something
everyday, and have fun.

You don't need to make your
training complicated you need
to make it as simple as possible
and you will be rewarded
for your efforts.

Training with short intense
training sessions will give you
the results you need.

You will burn more fat, become
more athletic if you use
your body the right way -
the way it's supposed to be used.

You need to start thinking about
what the body needs and the
benefits you will receive by
using short but intense training
routines.

Try this workout:

Walk off 20 yards.

Get in pushup position, do a pushup
rest your chest on the ground
explode up - sprint 20 yards-
turn around - drop down in to a
pushup explode and sprint 20 yards.

Your chest should touch the ground
( you don't want to use
momentum you want to explode
from the bottom )

Do this for 5 minutes and keep a record.

Stop making excuses.

If you are always making excuses about
your training you will get those types of
results.

If you are serious about training you will
always find the time to train even if you
did just 50 pushups.

If you would find time to train everyday
you would continue to get results, it's
about doing something everyday that's
when you see results.

The reason most people don't see results
is because they don't do enough, they think
that if they exercise 3 times a week for 1 month
they will look like a fitness magazine model.

If you want to get results in anything you need
to practice, just like fitness if you do it when you
feel like it you will keep getting the same results.

Physical fitness is a way of life, not something you
do when you get out of shape or fat, to get results
you need to do something everyday.

Don't expect results overnight, if you work hard
and your health and fitness is important to you
you will enjoy an active lifestyle.

If you are in it for the short term don't even
bother your just wasting your time, and you
will never get the desired results.

Wildman Training not for everyone.

I believe everyone should get plenty of exercise
whether you walk, ride your bike or playing with
the kids, you just need to exercise.

Wildman Training isn't for everyone and neither
is the lifestyle, it's tough and it's for people that
want the most out of life.

But you don't have to train like a wildman to
get what you want, but you need to be tough.

I train this way because when I train this way
everything else is easy, training hard and pushing
yourself not only will get you fit physically but also
mentally.

Training hard keeps you focused at the task at hand
you need to focus to get through it.

Focus and concentration is what is needed to be
successful in anything that you do, if you spread
yourself to thin nothing gets done.

When you exercise do what you enjoy but do
something, don't think that you can exercise
when you feel like it, you need it everyday.

Get active and start living, just do something
everyday, this is how you build a habit, exercise
is a good habit.

Bodyweight exercises burn the fat.

As you probably already know burning fat
gets harder as our body gets used to the
same old workouts.

Bodyweight exercise's if done in a circuit
style will strip the fat as fast as possible.

Our bodies need to be shocked, to continue
to get results you have to keep throwing
different things to get different results.

I always see people jogging day after day
and their body shape never changes, if
I don't see results I move on.

If you want to keep seeing results try using
bodyweight exercises in a circuit type workout
and if you really want some great benefits try
jumping rope this in my opinion is way under
rated.

Try jumping rope 50 times then drop to the
ground and do 10 pushups continue this for
6 to 10 minutes.

This will show you what I'm talking about.

Why are we still fat ?

Have you ever wondered why everybody today is
getting sick and why more people are getting disease,
could it be the food or could it be lack of activity ?

Does anybody really know or do people want us sick
like the food industries or the medical industries, is it
for medical revenue ? Everyone has their own opinion,
I will give you mine.

Today more people are on low-fat diets then ever
before and they are still fat, more people buy more and
more diet books and are still fat, more and more people
take vitamins and fat burners and are still fat, more and
more people buy T.V. infomercial exercise equipment
and DVD's and are still fat.

There are more people joining gyms then ever before and
people are still fat, go to any produce stand and notice how
fat the people are, if they eat fruits and vegetables all the
time why are they still fat ?

So if we eat right and exercise why are we fat? Most people
put on a show they really don't eat this way and they only
don't exercise enough, it takes more- we have to remain
as active as possible.

A big reason is what we are told about exercise and food,
we are told eat lots of fruits of vegetables and exercise and
all will be well, but we know that's not the case.

We are told to lift weights and jog, this type of training will
not work for long your body will adapt to this type of training,
the results will become slower and slower and will soon stop,
causing you to get pissed off and causing you to give up.
