Bodyweight power wheel muscle ups.

Johnny Grube doing bodyweight power wheel muscle ups.

Can you you build an extremely strong core
with little or no equipment ? YES !

I love bodyweight training because all you need
is a little creativity and some balls and you got
yourself a kick-ass workout.

The way the core should be built is by using your
whole body as resistance. This is what will build real
strength, also real ab and back strength.

Real strength is strength that can be used. Not strength
that is built from doing hundreds of crunches or one of
those sorry ass T.V ab machines.

Men with strong cores, And I mean really strong cores
never have to worry about back injuries. Most back injuries
are a result of weak cores and even weaker men.

So don't always believe the hype. Train for function and
get strong.

Bodyweight training will build real
physical and mental strength.

How do we define real strength? What
is real strength? This is pretty much
an opinion, everyone will have a different
opinion.

Some will say that real strength is how
much you can lift or how many times you
can lift an object.

Strength has many definitions and they’re
all correct, One type of strength I think
most people forget about is mental
strength and it’s because most men
and women train just to workout and
go through the motions.

They do this because society say’s we
need exercise, so we exercise. But
they have no goals, other then lose
weight, this is a goal but it takes more
then just wanting to lose weight to
have an effective exercise program.

Almost any athlete at any level needs
more mental strength than physical
strength because what you lack in physical
strength you can make up mentally.

This is not my opinion it’s a fact. You
can build strength physically and
mentally if you want, and the key
word here is WANT.

So what can you do to build physical
and mental types of strength, you can
step out of your comfort zone and push
yourself a little harder then the day before.

You need to have a goal and see the end
in mind. For instance, if you can only do
50 pushups the next time do 51 and the next
time shoot for 52 and so on, this type of
training will make you stronger physically
and mentally.

Training this way shows you that you are
able to push yourself a little further than
the last, and in the long run will payoff big.

And this will work in all areas of your life,
just pushing a little harder you will start
to build some momentum.

The Wildman Training course or manual
will take you to the next level. You will
build physical and mental toughness.
You will be able to do things you couldn’t
do before. So order now.

Hard-core one arm bench pushups.

Johnny Grube doing his one arm bench pushup.

This type of pushup will build a lot of strength
throughout the whole body. As a matter of fact
if your body doesn't work as one, you will
probably not get off the on the ground.

I can't believe there are still men that think
you can only build strength in the weight room.

I don't care how strong you are these types of
pushups are not easy. But they will build
strength that you can only get by using your
own bodyweight.

Go out and try these be careful and have fun.

Johnny Grube using a shaky soccer net
for a little fun.

Johnny Grube having a little fun on a soccer net.

To build strength and have fun you need to
keep an open mind and use what you have
around you for a workout.

You don't need to carry equipment with you
because you can use equipment you find in
a park or a playground on a football field etc.

If you use a little imagination and are willing
to push yourself you can always have fun with
or without equipment.

A simple soccer net can become a serious work-
out tool, and you can build a lot of strength doing
this type of training.

The soccer net in the video has a square cross bar
with makes me work harder, it works the fingers,
grip, forearms, not to mention the abs.

Remember it's up to you to find effective ways to
train, and you want to train hard to get the most
from your workouts, so look around see what you
can do to mix it up.

Wildman Jumping pushups.

Pushups are a serious conditioning tool but they
can also be fun. There are so many different types
of pushups and you can work so many different
muscles at so many different angles that you can
build alot of amazing strength.

Pushups and training should be fun, that's when
you get great results. When you make things
complicated they start to be a chore and no fun
you become stale and the results are slow.

Pushups can be done anywhere, and they work
the whole body, some pushups are easy, some
are extremely hard, but the benefits are incredible.

Mix up your training have fun try different things
and grow strong physically and mentally.

Train Hard, and remember being fat sucks.
