A strong core = strength.

Johnny G doing double wheel rollout

The core is one of the most worked area and most are still weak.

The core is the key to overall strength and should be worked like you would in real life situations. Reaching, bending, stretching, twisting are what we do on a regular basis.

If you strap yourself into a machine and start cranking out reps and reps of crunches you will not be working the core for real man strength you will be building machine strength.
The core needs to be able to reach, twist, and bend fast just as we do everyday of our lives.

Train using your bodyweight and build real strength.

Build real core strength and train for real life.

Be a man!!!

The Fat get Fatter !!

This is a fact, the fat get fatter- why do the fat
get fatter? Because they look for the easy way
out. They will try anything that makes it easy,
instead of using good nutrition and exercise.

I have actually heard people say that you have
to die of something, they would rather eat
themselves to death than do something good
for themselves- great choice.

You fat asses will do every diet out on the
market and will fail and they will continue
to fail, then they will give up and look for
some excuse, I tried, I don't have the time
to eat good and exercise, my whole family is
fat.

This is the problem ,excuse after excuse, if
you would take responsibility for your life
you would change this, it's a matter of life
and death.

Stop being so weak minded and do what needs
to be done. Live a little longer and happier.

Eat as natural as possible.

Today we are getting fatter and fatter and it's
not getting any better.

We make fat loss complicated, we know what to
eat yet we are still fat, why ?

Low-fat, no fat isn't the answer if it was you would
not be fat, and you wouldn't be reading this.

The answer is to make it as easy as possible, and that
means eat as natural as possible, lots of fruits, vegetables
nuts and seeds and lean meats.

If you can't eat this way and life isn't that important, than
deal with and stop complaining.

Do all men make excuses for their poor health ?

Most men will tell you that they are to old to exercises
and that when you get to be my age it won't be so easy.

These are the things I hear on a regular basis, and it
pisses me off, if these men would just man up and be
the man that they should be, than they would see that
age is a state of mind.

More and young men are having heart attacks are becoming
diabetics and are just overall fat and out of shape, and they
have no one to blame but their selves.

For years I heard these men say to me when you get to be
my age- I heard this when I was 17, 25, 30, 35, well I'm close
to 40 and am still waiting.

If you want to turn back the clock exercise, eat well and eliminate
as much stress as possible.

Walking is not the answer to fat loss !!!

So many people think that all they need to do
is walk and the fat will fly off, think again.

In the beginning any type of exercise will start
the fat loss, but after your body gets used to
the same continuous exercise the results will
stop.

This is not my opinion this is a hard fact, their
are tons of people that walk all day long that
don't have cars that are fat.

I have seen office workers get fat , start a physical
type job and lose a lot of weight only to get fat again.

When the results stop you need to walk farther or
faster.

You need to change, you need to change the way you
eat and exercise, walking is good and relaxing and
everyone should do it, but the results will be short
lived.
