Jumping rope is great way to build explosiveness.

Johnny Grube jumping rope.

If you are not including jumping rope in to your
fitness program you are missing out on your
chance to build a high level of fitness.

Jumping rope is a tool that will burn fat, build
coordination, explosiveness, etc.

Jumping rope has been used for years and there is
a reason that it's still used by elite athletes and that's
because it works.

Most people aren't that impressed by the jump rope
if you do practice jumping rope you will notice an
incredible improvement in any sport.

As far as a fat burning tool you will burn more fat
jumping rope then just about any other exercise
you do, jumping rope and bodyweight exercises
will build you into an almost super-human beast.

So for 5bucks get a rope and start using it.

Train Hard, And remember that being fat sucks.

Bodyweight training for strength.

Johnny Grube cranking out some one superman pushups.

Strength training bodyweight style is a whole
different animal. What I mean is when you
train using your own bodyweight you are
training your body naturally the way I think
that it should be done.

By using your own bodyweight your muscles need
to work together to do most bodyweight exercises
and this will build a strength that is different from
the norm.

Being a weight lifter almost my whole life and
working a very physical labor job and switching
to training with bodyweight exercises and still
working a physical labor job the results were
extremely different.

Bodyweight training allowed me the strength
and stamina to do almost super-human feats
in very rough conditions.

So I would try bodyweight exercises if you are
serious about your physical conditioning.

Train Hard, and remember fat people suck.

Building some serious power !!!

Johnny Grube building some wildman strength.

Remember when everyone thought you could
only build real strength in a gym or in a fully
equipped spa with tons of machines

You would do this boring routine day after day
and you would move from machine to machine
To hit different body parts you know the days
Bi's and Tri's, Legs and back, chest and shoulders.

Oh yeah don't forget abs every day you have to do
your abs, that type of training works but so does other
types of training.

If you want to train quicker and build real strength,
train as many muscles as you can at one time. This
will help burn more fat and you won't have to spend
an hour in the gym for world beater results.

Old school bodyweight fitness training.

Johnny Grube Doing finger tip superman pushups.

Old school bodyweight training will bring you
great results if you just give them a chance.

Alot of people have been brainwashed as to
what is the best way to train, well I say before
you dismiss old school bodyweight training
give it a try.

You will be amazed if you give it a try and keep
an open mind about different types of training.

Old time strong men didn't just throw around
the iron the were unbelievable athletes that
knew how to workout.

They could use their bodies to lift amazing
things they trained there bodies as one
unit.

Old time trainers did alot of bodyweight
exercises pushups, dips, squats, pullups,
wrestled, boxed, swim, sprinted, isometrics
you name they did it and that's how they
remained strong and athletic.

Try Bodyweight exercises keep an open
mind and build a super strong body.

Train Hard, And remember being fat sucks.

with swiss ball to swiss ball pushups.

Johnny Grube Doing swiss ball swiss ball pushups

The great thing about using swiss balls and training
from home is you can train and build a strong
explosive body in a record amount of time.

You don't need a gym all you need is some imagination
and the drive to build a body and a fitness that is
unmatched by most men and women.

Swiss ball to swiss ball training will build a very strong
punch proof type of core a core that will be extemely
strong and functional.

So if you have a swiss ball or anything that will make

Training for functional fitness.

Johnny Grube doing swiss ball and medicine ball pushups

You don't need a gym to build functional fitness
you can build functional fitness from home with
very little or no equipment.

Some inexpensive equipment you may want to get
is a swiss ball. A swiss ball is a great way to mix
up your training and they are great for building
total body strength.

A couple of medicine balls would be a wise purchase
they also are a serious training tool and they will
help you build a functionally fit body, you can get
get them almost anywhere.

You can work with either or you can use them together
for a complete workout.

What's great about portable equipment is you can train
almost anywhere when people are buying treadmills,
exercise bikes, elliptical trainers and spend a ton of
money on something they will probably hang their
clothes on boggles the mind.

Now you can get a great workout with little or
no equipment and build a body and a level of fitness
you will be proud of.

Wildman plyo pushups.

Johnny Grube doing X explosive pushups

Pushups will build more strength and explosive
power than most people think, there are so many
different types of pushups that can be done to
build power and strength not to mention what
pushup will do for the body.

Pushups will build a strong body not to mention
build a strong core.

Pushups have been around for a long time and
they have always worked and pushups will always
be around so lets use your own bodyweight for
resistance and build a strong body through body-
weight exercises.

The above plyo pushup will build strength and body
awareness and should be done by only advanced
trainers.

Try these pushups do them in sets of 10 rest and
repeat- continue until fatigued.

The Wildman spinning burpee.

Johnny Grube doing spinning burpees

Bodyweight training as you probably already know
can be very demanding.

Bodyweight training will build a lean athletic muscular
body in record time but the key is to continually change
your exercises and workouts and to make continued
progress.

Burpees are a very demanding exercise and
they can be made more demanding and can
build alot of athletic ability and body awareness.

One way of doing burpees is to do the burpee and when
you jump you spin- do another- spin continue for 15 to
30 seconds - rest for 15 seconds- repeat this for 5 to 8
sets.

Try these and let me know what you think.

Tough as balls core workout!!!

Johnny Grube doing medicine ball superman pushups

There are alot of different types of core
exercise's and some that are very hard
but the important thing is to train the
the body as one.

Training the body as one you will use alot
of muscles and build alot of strength in a
short amount of time.

The above video shows me using two
medicine balls and doing superman
pushups for the whole body.

This exercise is made more difficult because
of the instability of the medicine balls and
the range of motion is greater.

The whole body must remain tight or you
not be able to generate enough strength
through out the entire body.
