Obesity has less impact on the heart than
thought.

This was a headline in a recent article of a local
newspaper from the Associated Press.

And goes like this:

A new study suggests that a suprising number
of overweight people about half- have normal
blood pressure and cholesterol levels, while
an equally startling number of trim people
suffer from some of the ills associated with
obesity.

So what they are saying is it's o.k. to be fat
because thin people also have the same disease's
associated with fat people.

The problem is laziness. There is always going to
be exceptions. Everyone knows thin people just
like fat people get heart disease and other types
of disease's and we don't need a scientist to tell
us this.

The media continue's to flood newspapers and television
with tales of obesity and disease they tell us what to do,
what not to do, what diet's are good, which one's are not.

So what's the problem ? Do we really need science to
research the problems of obesity ? You already know
the answer.

Exercise and eat less. Simple and to the point and
no scientist will argue that. Unless he or she is fat.

Train Hard, and if your fat and weak it's your fault.
