Bodyweight training

Drinking booze is for the weak!!

Why do I say booze is for the weak. Because
most people that drink can't handle it. As a
matter of fact nothing good comes from
drinking. NOTHING!

If you drink and go out and party it up and need
to get drunk, you are hiding something. Your life
probably sucks. Or you think your life sucks.

If you need to be impaired to have fun it's time
to re-evaluate your pathetic life.

I have grown up around booze my whole life and
I have found most just act like jackasses.

And for the so called people that are healthy or
fitness professionals if you drink you are frauds.

And if you tell me that a little booze is o.k. then
a little cocaine is o.k. or a little smoking is o.k. all
are addicting. You don't like it, I don't care.

Take charge of your life, keep it clean and live a
good life without booze.

Train Hard, and remember being fat sucks.

Bodyweight T.V. fitness.

Getting into great physical condition is something
we should all try to do. It has so many great
benefits.

Using your bodyweight to become physical fit
will ehance your life in so many positive ways.
Not to mention how you will feel after you exercise.

You should always make time for exercise, your
body needs it. And your body will respond in
positive ways.

The great thing about using your own bodyweight
as resistence is that your gym is always with you
there is no excuse.

I don't care if you start with some walking and
pushups. Can't do pushups lean aganist a wall
and try pushups. Do something. Anything.

Don't have time, in front of the t.v. exercise or
if you don't want to disturb t.v. time try to exercise
on commercials. T.V. commercials can last for 2 to 3
minutes, and that 2 or 3 minutes over time can give
you great results.

If you watch just 1 hour of t.v. (and you probably watch
more) and spend just 2 minutes exercising on commercials
you could wind up with 12 to 18 minutes of total exercise.

Give it a try. Do something. Anything.

Train Hard, and remember being fat sucks!!!

Bodyweight training- 5 minutes to an Iron Core.

Who out there doesn’t want to build a core iron?
Everyone wants to build a strong core, but most
go about it the wrong way.

One mistake that many people make is doing
hundreds of crunches and expecting to see a six
pack when they look in the mirror.

Mistake number two is thinking that the latest
ab machine on t.v. will give the answer you
are looking for. It won’t. Save your money.

If you do watch infomercials you will hear
that using their ab machine for 7 minutes a day
with a low-calorie diet will give you the abs you
always dreamed of.

Yeah, do pushups for 7 minutes a day with a
low-calorie diet and you will also get great
results too.

7 minutes is a long time whether you a doing
pushups, or jumping jacks it really doesn’t
matter, 7 minutes can be brutal.

Building an iron core is hard work, the core
needs to be trained to be functional and
not so much for looks.

But if you want to build a strong core you need
to train your core from all angles and eat as natural
as possible.

It doesn’t matter if you have the strongest most
muscular core if it’s hidden under a layer of fat
it won’t matter no one will see them, not even you.

Stay away from junk food. Eat the best you can and
strip away the fat.

Try this 5 minute bodyweight core strengthening workout:

The legs should never touch the ground. Keep’em up.

Start by laying on your back-raise your legs 6 inches,
hold it. Now raise your legs straight up, toward your
your head. Bring them back down. Don’t touch
the floor. Now repeat this for 1 minute.

If you get tired, just rest your legs in the 6 inches position.

Now roll to your side. Keep both legs together. Now you will
work the oblique’s . Keep your legs off the ground and start
raising your legs toward the ceiling. Do this for 1 minute.

Roll to the other side and repeat. Now you have been
doing only 3 minutes of core work.

Roll back to your back and repeat the first exercise
for 1 minute. And finish off with 1 minute of 6 inches.
Simple but very effective.

You can build a strong core, free of charge the only
thing that it will cost is some sweat.

Train Hard, and remember being fat sucks.

Nature’s Laws

What is natures laws? And why should I care
about natures laws? Nature’s laws is what
will make or break us. If we don’t live
by natures laws we will pay the
ultimate price.

Natures laws don’t care who you are, how
much money you have, how good you are.
If you go against the laws you will suffer.
I’m talking about the way you live your life.

Most people spend the first half of their lives
killing themselves and the second half trying
to live longer. Natures law say’s if you treat
your body and take your health for granted,
your body will let you know. Heart disease,
cancer, diabetes and obesity is consuming
us and most are self induced.

Today talking about nutrition is like talking
politics and religion people become very touchy
on the subject. And usually the one’s that are
touchy and sensitive are the ones that can’t
take control of there lives.

The way you live, the way you eat and the way
you relieve stress usually will have the biggest
impact on your health and well being.

I don’t care if I offend anyone these are the
facts, everyone will have their own opinions
and that’s fine, you are entitled. But the
fact remains if you follow today’s hype of
how we should eat and live there’s a good
chance you will become fat, sick and diseased.

If we live as simple as possible and eat what is
natural and do what nature has intended, the
body will take care of it’s self.

I will continue with this in the next newsletter.

Train Hard, and remember being fat sucks.

Lean and mean, the wildman eating philosophy .

We have all been confused by what we should and should
not eat. This is a Touchy subject for some people, and
there are a lot of opinions on how we are supposed to eat.

For so many years I followed the gym diet, the bulk up diet.
Milk, pasta, chicken weight gain shakes, and a whole lot of
meat. Lifted hard, gained a lot of weight got strong and got
a lot of stretch marks.

For years I carried around almost 100 extra pounds on a
5’7 inch frame, this is not good and it was self induced.
Over the years I found that I was slowly killing myself by
the way my body felt after years of heavy lifting and
working all my life on a trucking company loading dock
I was always sore and always had an injury.

10 years ago I switched gears and I changed my life by
changing the way I ate. And this was a dramatic change.
I lost 85 lbs in 5 months. And I’m only 10 lbs heavier then
I was in high school.

Today about 99% of the food I eat is raw. I no longer eat
dairy products and haven’t for a while and the benefits of
no dairy has been great by it’s self. I eat very little meat or
chicken. And I haven’t had any alcohol in over 13
years. And I drink at least 1 gallon of water a day
“at least”

My goal is to turn back the clock. To stay as young as
possible for as long as possible. We have one body and
we should do whatever it takes to keep it as healthy
and as fit as possible.

I can do things I couldn’t do before and I’m stronger then
ever. I will continue to live this way because it feels great.
If you eat as natural as possible and use bodyweight
training and isometric types of training your body will
reap great rewards.

Just to let everyone know that I’m not some 20 year
old I’m actually a Grandfather, I don’t get sick, and
I still embarrass 20 year old kids.

Johnny Grube.

P.S. Check me doing one arm pushups on the rings.
www.youtube.com/johnnygrube these were even
harder because of the stones. I had no footing.

Let me know what you think.

www.wildmantraining.com
Goals are important for continued growth.

Goals are very important, and we should always
have goals. Without goals you will never be able
to get where you are going.

Most of you probably say you have goals, but
unless they are written down they are nothing
more then thoughts.

You need to establish goals in all areas of your life.
How many of you actually set yourself any type of
goal?

Fitness and health goals are very important. With
great health and a high level of fitness your life will
change.

I always set myself fitness and health goals. Recently
I set a goal of 600 Prisoner squat thrusts in 1 hour.
Prisoner squat thrust- (Non- jumping burpee with a
pushup)

I did the 600 Prisoner squat thrusts in 56:57 and it was
tough. But once I started there was no quitting. I have
a saying " I'd rather die then give up" Stupid, maybe, but
that's the way I train.

Always have a goal and do whatever it takes to complete
your goal. Work hard and never quit. The success that comes
from fitness and health goal accomplishment also will carry
into other areas of your life.

Train Hard, and remember being fat sucks.
