The Body Press on Dipping Bars by Johnny Grube








If you think bodyweight exercises are boring, think again,
just changing the body position on a simple exercise like dips
will give you a great workout.


In the above photo I'm using the core to keep myself in this
position, plus because of the way the legs are positioned all
of the weight is transfered to my upper body.

Just keeping your body in this position takes a great amount
of strength throughout the whole body.

Try this way and let me know how you do.

These are some of the things that people using bodyweight
exercises can accomplish, these types of exercises will build
Tremendous strength and endurance.
