Balance is most always neglected ,and to be athletic you need
balance and balance is part of physical fitness, don't neglect
this area of fitness.

Swiss ball type training will help with your balance as well
as jumping rope, if you work on balance you can't help but
become a better athlete.

Swiss ball bodyweight training will develop balance, strength,
and core strength all at the same time, don't over look balance
or the benefits of swiss ball training.
