The Wildman Challenge #1

I'm going to post a challenge
for the people that are physically
fit.

And I would like the people who
try "The Wildman Challenge "
to email their results to:

Here it is:

1,000 Jumping Jacks
500 Pushups
50 Burpees
run 1 mile

Time limit 30 minutes

A basic workout, that will test
you physically and mentally.

what is a burpee???

Begin standing then crouch in a squat position with hands on the floor in front of you

Kick your feet back to a pushup position

Immediately return your feet to the squat position

Jump up as high as possible from the squat position

Land feet together, on the balls of your feet

Repeat, moving in explosive fashion
