The first look at the wildman doing a little
training in the snow, doing snow sprints and
throwing a 4 lb medicine ball and some burpees.

This is a tough workout, the snow makes it tough
the medicine ball builds explosiveness and the
burpees adds a little more pain.

Do this for 50 to 60 yards for 30 seconds to
1 minute- rest for 30 seconds then go again.

Do this 6 to 10 times.

This can also be done on a beach in the sand.
