Stop wasting your time!

Did you know you are probably spending more time
resting in between sets than you are actually working
out, you are losing valuable workout time.

This is the way most men train they think one set on
the bench is getting a workout, the total time for 10 reps
are probably at most 20 seconds at a good pace- than they
will walk around for two to five minutes before they go to the
next set, no wonder people are spending so much time in the
gym and are not getting the results that they want.

If you are doing three sets on the bench press it will take you
about one minute total to complete three sets on the bench
press and anywhere from six to fifteen minutes rest time,
no wonder you are spending 2 plus hours a day in the gym.

Working out for one minute compared to six to fifteen minutes
of rest do you reallythink you are going to get in to shape
exercising in this manner. You can get in to shape working
this way, but it will take forever.

If you don't think people take this much time or more
between sets time yourself or other people in the gym and
see how many people are wasting valuable workout time.

If you are just doing the basic workout like:
1. bench press 3 sets 8 to 10 reps
2. flys 2 sets 8 to 10 reps
3. incline press 3 sets 8 to 10 reps
4. shoulder press 3 sets 8 to 10 reps
5. lateral raises 2 sets 8 to 10 reps
6. leg press 3 sets 8 to 10 reps
7. leg extensions 3 sets 10 reps
8. hamstring curls 2 sets 10 reps
and all the arm exercises you can possibly do in a day biceps,
triceps whatever.

This the way most people train and it will never change until
these muscle magazines start to put out articles for people
who don't have all day to train.

For the sample workout above would take about 6
minutes of actual workout time and 45 minutes of rest
time- this is a fact, and this is being kind.

What if you changed this around and worked out for
45 minutes and only rested for 6 minutes, what kind of
shape do you think you would be in ? EXCELLENT

The key to get into the quickest shape is to limit the
rest between sets and work to get the workout done so
you don't burn out and give up exercising ,you don't need
an hour or more to workout.
