This workout is for people who think short intense workouts might not work, so try this 7 minutes of pain.
This workout is for people who think short intense workouts might not work, so try this 7 minutes of pain.
- Do 1 minute of jumping jacks
- Do 30 seconds of burpees
- Do 30 seconds of Hindu pushups
- repeat for 6:00 minutes
Heres the catch the number of reps are:
- 70 to 75 jumping jacks
- 10 to 12 jumping burpees
- 13 to 15 Hindu pushups
- Last but least 1 minute of suicides 5 to 10 yards apart- touch the line everytime
If you fail to do the required number of reps the workout is over.
